I've built all my businesses through the right connections, ranging from founders of multimillion-dollar public companies to international government leaders. How?

I've found that people are much more open when you approach them with genuine curiosity, not a sales pitch.
For me, that meant:
- Being honest and open from the start, just like you'd want others to be with you
- Listening more than talking
- Finding a mentor in the industry who could guide me and introduce me to others
- Keeping my online presence updated and authentic, so it reflects who I really am
Networking isn't about collecting contactsâit's about building your tribe. Itâs the people who inspire, support, and challenge you.
The truth is, building tribes is part of being humanâitâs wired into our DNA.
So donât overthink it. Just lean into your natural ability to connectâin whatever way feels right to you.
